Reducing nausea and vomiting: Hardik is effective in reducing nausea and vomiting. Its intake can help reduce the symptoms of nausea and morning sickness.

Improvement in digestion: Ginger contains a bioactive compound called gingerrol, which helps to improve digestion by stimulating digestion enzymes. It also helps in relieving problems like gas, acidity and flatulence.

Weak immunity: Ginger has antioxidant properties that help increase the body’s immunity and protect against infection.

Remove joint pain: Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce joint pain. Eating it or applying it on the joints can reduce swelling and pain.

Effective in period pain: Ginger helps reduce period pain. The anti-inflammatory properties found in it help in reducing pain and cramps.

How to consume ginger?

Ginger is usually consumed by putting it in tea. But if you want more benefit from this, then you drink water instead of tea. To make ginger water, grate it. Now add grated ginger to a glass of water and boil the water in a way. Now filter this water and drink it like tea. You can add honey to this water to taste.
