Taking cases of contact portal seriously, provide immediate relief to the common man- District Collector
Kotputli-Bahrod. Reviewing the implementation of the budget announcements, District Collector Kalpana Aggarwal said that all the revenue officers coordinated with the concerned departments to speed up the implementation of the budget announcements and complete the land allocation, DPR, tenders process and complete the development works on time so that the benefit of development works can be given to the general public. He said that the contact portal cases should be disposed of with quality. He said this during the meeting of revenue officials organized in relation to departmental achievements and development works in the Collectorate Auditorium on Thursday.
He directed that in order to put the announcements made in the budget in the budget 2025-26, to ensure necessary action by identifying the appropriate land in view of the necessary and ease of future, to ensure necessary action. He said that while choosing the land, keep in mind the access and facilities of the common man.
Quality revenue related cases should be disposed of
The District Collector directed that the revenue officer in the district should dispose of all types of revenue related to revenue in the prescribed time, so that the common man can get relief as soon as possible. All the subdivision officers follow their obligations and monitor all the activities conducted in their area. He said that in the cases of border and stone, he should take action with sensitivity only after listening to both sides.
He reached the public through public hearing and night chaupal and instructed the common people to dispose of their complaints quickly. He said that with sensitivity, he was asked to listen to the cases of electricity, drinking water, roads etc. He said that the Chief Minister should prevent the cases received from Jansunwai Cell, Contact Portal and public representatives on priority.
Ensure uninterrupted drinking water supply in view of heat
The District Collector said that in view of the heat, the officers should coordinate with PHED department to ensure uninterrupted drinking water supply in their area and should regular monitoring of tubewells, tanker supply, pipeline repair, motor repair, tank cleaning etc.
Discussion on these subjects
During the meeting, he made conversion cases, land acquisition, non -accountability case, 90A, ROW portal, pending nomination, CP Village Portal, Urban Development, Law and Order, Rising Rajasthan, Effective Monitoring of illegal mining, monthly monitoring, monthly summary reports, pending cases of courts and courts including revenue, LR/PDR Act Case, GLMAC, Assist Necessary instructions regarding the related arrears, road safety, Girdawari, encroachment, revenue collection. He directed to inspect his subordinate and departmental offices from time to time and to ensure all necessary arrangements and send reports. He asked all the Tehsildars to coordinate with the LR section and to settle the pending cases and update the information on the portal. He said that negligence in state works will not be tolerated. He reviewed the disposal of pending promises in the court and lights portal, revenue courts and asked to submit a regular report on the news published in the newspapers.
Additional District Collector Omprakash Saharan, while discussing the cradle of the instructions given in the last meeting, reviewed other points and asked them to dispose of all the cases as per rules within the deadline.
During the meeting, Subdivision Officer Kotputli Brijesh Kumar, Neemrana Mahendra Singh, Viratnagar Amita Mann, Bansur Anurag Harit, Bahrod Ramkishore Meena and Pavta SDM Kapil Kumar, Narayanpur Dinesh Sharma and concerned Tehsildars were present.
