Apara Ekadashi is celebrated on Ekadashi date of Krishna Paksha of Jyeshtha month. It is also called Achala Ekadashi. This Ekadashi is considered very fruitful for the destruction and salvation of sins. It is believed that by observing a fast on this day, a person gets the fruit of Rajasuya Yajna, Ashwamedha Yajna and Tirtha Snan. According to the date and auspicious Muhurta Hindu calendar, the Apara Ekadashi Tithi is from 01:12 pm to 10:29 pm on May 22 to 10:29 pm. However, Apara Ekadashi fast will be kept on 23 May, Friday i.e. today. On this day, Brahma Muhurta will be from 04 am to 04 am to 04:45 am. This time will be very auspicious for worship. This fast can be observed on May 24 between 05.26 am to 08.11 am.
On the day of Apara Ekadashi, the method of Apara Ekadashi fast, get up in Brahma Muhurta and take a bath. Wear clean clothes. Wearing yellow clothes is auspicious on this day. Take a post for worship. Place a clean yellow cloth on it. Then install the statue or picture of Lord Vishnu on it. Lord Trivikram is worshiped in this fast. First of all, bathe their idol with Ganga water or pure water. Wear yellow clothes or offer them. After this, light a lamp. Offer Akshat, flowers, fruits, Tulsi Dal, Panchmeva, incense and naivedya to Lord Vishnu. Chant the mantras of Lord Vishnu. Chant the mantra “Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevaya” at least 108 times. Vishnu Sahasranama can also be recited.
The rules of Apara Ekadashi fast are kept in two ways Apara Ekadashi. Nirjal Vrat and Falahari or Jiali fast. Wellless fast should be done only by a healthy person. Normal people should fast on fruit or water. It is better to consume only water and fruits on this day. Lord Trivikram is worshiped in this fast.

The divine remedy of Apara Ekadashi, the simplest remedy for the grace of Shri Hari, bathe the image of Lord Shri Hari with Panchamrit and Ganga water. Offer fruits, flowers, saffron, sandalwood and yellow flowers to the Lord.
