New Delhi. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh while addressing the CII annual trade summit-2025 spoke about India’s economy, defense sector, technology, environment, operation vermilion. During this, he also mentioned Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) regarding an India-India India. He described the people of PoK as part of our own family. Rajnath said, the status of these brothers living in PoK is similar to that of Shakti Singh, the younger brother of Maharana Pratap, the brave warrior. Even after the separation of younger brother Shakti Singh, the elder brother Maharana Pratap’s faith remains towards his younger brother and he says with great faith- ‘Then he will leave Kupanth and go to the supath himself. My brother is, where will he go away from me ‘.
The Defense Minister said that I believe that the people of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir are our own, part of our family. We are committed to the resolve of ‘Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat’ and we have full confidence that our brothers who are geographically and politically different from us will also return to our self -respect, voice and voluntarily in the main stream of India at some time. Most of the people there feel deeply connected with India. There are only a few people who have been wandered.
