Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy recently questioned at an event as to why Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared a ceasefire on recent military operations against Pakistan without consulting political parties. He also claimed that if Rahul Gandhi were Prime Minister, India would have withdrawn PoK.
Reddy attended the ‘Jai Hind Yatra’ of the Congress at Nizampet, Hyderabad on Thursday and asked, “Why no all -party meeting was called to know the opinion of all parties before announcing the ceasefire?”
He said, “Modi is an expired rupee, Modi is like an invalid note of 1000 rupees. Today this country needs Rahul Gandhi’s leadership. If a leader like Rahul Gandhi had been the Prime Minister of this country, he (former PM), he (former PM), he considered Indira Gandhi as an inspiration and would walk on the path of Kali (mother) and would have taken two pieces of Pakistan and take back POK.”
Reddy compared the leadership of the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and his decisive action against China and Pakistan, including the 1971 war, resulting in the creation of Bangladesh.
Reddy said, “Indira Gandhi’s grandson Rahul Gandhi should become the Prime Minister of this country. If he becomes Prime Minister, he will defeat Pakistan on one side and China on the other side and will maintain our self -respect.”
According to an official statement by Telangana CMO, CM Reddy said that Rahul Gandhi and party president Mallikarjun Kharge participated in the all -party meeting and gave their full support to the Center and clarified that India should fight against Pakistan to merge PoK (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir) in India.
According to the official statement, the Chief Minister said that he has already declared his full support to divide Pakistan into two countries. He objected to the closure of the ‘war’ by the Modi government on the orders of US President Donald Trump.
Reddy said, “Pakistan has dropped Rafale fighter aircraft that Prime Minister Modi brought. When asked how many were demolished? There was no discussion on this. Prime Minister Modi, who bought war fighter aircraft from another country, should reply to how many Rafale aircraft has dropped.
Reddy reiterated that the Congress and Gandhi family have a history of sacrificing their lives for the country. Describing Prime Minister Modi as an ended strength, the CM appealed to the party leaders and workers not to work hard and do not rest till Rahul Gandhi becomes Prime Minister.
In addition, the Chief Minister of Telangana targeted the BJP’s recent tricolor rally and said that the Congress is organizing the Jai Hind Yatra to restore confidence among Indian soldiers, which have been discouraged by the BJP’s footsteps.
