Fresh Lide Bhendi – 4 to 5 Water – 2 Cups
Recipe
1. First of all, mash the lady finger beans well.
2. After this, cut the lady finger into small pieces.
3. Now boil two cups of water in a vessel. Add chopped ladyfingers to it and let it boil for about 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Keep boiling the water until it becomes slightly thick and slightly sticky.
5. Let the water cool after boiling.
6. When cooled, sieve the ladyfinger with fine sieve or cloth and collect the water in a bowl.
7. You can keep it in the fridge to store it.
How to use
Apply okra water directly on your scalp and hair, pay attention to the roots. After this, massage with light hands for a few minutes. Now leave it for at least 30 minutes. After this wash your hair with shampoo.
