New Delhi. Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev, the founder of Isha Foundation, has got a big relief. The Delhi High Court expressed displeasure in the case of playing with the image of Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev and issued an interim order to misuse Sadhguru’s name, personality and image on the online platform and ordered the material made through AI to be removed immediately. The Delhi High Court passed the order to protect Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev’s right to personality.
Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev had told in the Delhi High Court that his voice, videos and photos are being made viral on social media with AI i.e. Artificial Intelligence. He had also complained to the Delhi High Court about misleading people and posted in favor of fake investment schemes by putting voice in AI photos and videos. Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev and Isha Foundation filed in the Delhi High Court against the frauds being held on several social media platforms. He accused of violation of private rights. The Delhi High Court heard the petition of Jaggi Vasudev i.e. Sadhguru and said that the public image and identity of any personality cannot be used to mislead people.
The Delhi High Court has said in the order that if a Sadhguru will use Jaggi Vasudev’s AI photo, video and voice in this way, then legal action can be taken against him. Along with this, the Delhi High Court ordered all those social media platforms to immediately remove photos, videos and voice posts made from Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev’s AI. The court clearly stated that not doing so is a crime under the law. Please tell that earlier also Jagg Vasudev has reached court in many cases. He also fought in the court of making baseless allegations against his Isha Foundation.
