New Delhi. The number of patients of Kovid-19 i.e. Corona has increased once again. The number of corona patients in the country has now increased to 4026. Whereas, in the last 24 hours, 2700 Corona patients have recovered and gone home. According to the latest data released by the Ministry of Health, 59 new Corona patients have been found in Gujarat. With this, the total number of corona patients there has increased to 397. At the same time, 58 new corona patients have been found in Karnataka. The total number of patients there has increased to 311. In the last 24 hours in West Bengal, the number of patients found so far has been 372 in the last 24 hours. 16 new Corona patients have been found in Haryana. Whereas, 26 new Kovid-19 virus have been found in Tamil Nadu.
A new patient of Corona has not been found in Kerala, Maharashtra and Delhi. 5 people have also lost their lives in the last 24 hours from Korona i.e. Kovid-19. The 80 -year -old elder died in Kerala after Korona. He had many more diseases. At the same time, two elderly women aged 73 and 70 in Maharashtra have died after being corona. In Tamil Nadu, 69 -year -old female was suffering from diabetes and other diseases. He also died of Korona. Whereas, a 43 -year -old woman also died in West Bengal. He too had many serious diseases already. In this way, the number of people who lost their lives from Korona has reached 37 from January 1.
The latest wave of Corona came due to NB.1.8.1 and LF.7 of the sub-variants of the Omikron variant of the Kovid-19 virus. The World Health Organization i.e. WHO has considered NB.1.8.1 as a variant of monitoring. At the same time, patients of JN.1 variant of Corona virus were more in the last few years. Two new sub -variants NB.1.8.1 and LF.7 came after mutation in JN.1 variant itself. Some mutations have been seen in the spike protein of JN.1 variant. Because of this, NB.1.8.1 and LF.7 all variants are more contagious than other variants of the corona virus. The special thing is that due to both all the variants, those who get vaccine are also suffering from illness. The reason for this is the change of spike protein in the variants of Corona.
