Sriganganagar. A review meeting of departmental schemes, budget announcements and flagship schemes was held in the Collectorate Auditorium on Thursday under the chairmanship of Chief Government Secretary and District In -charge Secretary of Autonomous Government Department. During this, the Secretary in -charge reviewed the departmental schemes and budget announcements and said that the general public should be benefited from the officer schemes by fulfilling the targets allotted as per the instructions of the state government.
Appreciating the activities and awareness programs issued under the drug -free Sriganganagar campaign in the meeting, the secretary in -charge said that NDPS medicines should not be sold without a doctor slip. Record of such drugs should be maintained as per rules. While giving instructions to operate drug addiction center as per departmental rules, he said that along with making more and more people aware to give up drugs, students should be made aware for drug addiction in prayer meetings every day. Reviewing the budget announcement implementation, the secretary in -charge said that all the work should be completed quality. Discussing the flagship schemes, contact portal and Chief Minister Jansun hearing cases, he said that relief should be provided to the common man by disposing of cases within the stipulated time.
While giving instructions to make Rajivika women self-sufficient by linking it to local products, he said that departmental officers should take appropriate action to connect the common man and farmers as well as state personnel with the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. During this period, while reviewing departmental schemes and activities including Health, Education, Water Resources, Agriculture, Electricity, Public Works Department, the Secretary in -charge said that effective action should be taken by the Municipal Development Trust, Municipal Council to remove encroachments. Take serious action for roadside saplings, rainwater drainage and city beautification.
Information about departmental schemes was given in the meeting by District Collector Dr. Manju. On this occasion, District Superintendent of Police Gaurav Yadav, ADM Administration Subhash Kumar, ADM Vigilance Reena Chimpa, Zilla Parishad CEO Girdhar, Trainee IAS Aditi Yadav, SDM Ranjit Kumar, Rakesh Dular, Ashok Asija, Swati Gupta, Dheeraj Chawla, Sumitra Bishnoi, Girjeshkant Sharma, Vijay Sharma, Surendra Bishnoi, Dr. Ajay Sangla, Dr. Monga, Virendra Pal Singh, VI Parihar, Bhimsen Swamy, Ravindra Yadav and others were present.
