Daudnagar/Aurangabad. In Daudnagar city of Aurangabad district of Bihar, the drain dispute took violent form and ward number 25 was shocked by ward number 25. A person was seriously injured in the incident while the police came into action after the video of the incident went viral on social media. Along with the arrest of the three accused, the police have also seized weapons, cartridges and other objectionable items.
The incident is of Bugan Bigha Mohalla located in Ward-25 of Daudnagar city, where the dispute between two sides over drain construction or repair in the past increased so much that it reached the firing through scuffle. During this, a person was seriously injured due to the bullet. The injured have been identified as Sujit Kumar, son of Abhimanyu Singh, who was hurriedly referred to the Higher Center for better treatment after first aid.
Action intensified after video surfaced
A few hours after the incident, a video of it went viral on social media, in which clear pictures of the firing were seen. After this video surfaced, the pressure on the police administration increased and a special team was formed under the leadership of Sub -Divisional Police Officer Kumar Rishi Raj, Daudnagar.
Three accused arrested, weapons recovered
On the basis of intensive investigation and evidence, the police have arrested three attackers. The arrested accused have been identified as follows: Bhrigu Singh alias Bhrigunath, resident Bugan Bigha, Baijnath Singh, resident Bugan Bigha, Anant Kumar, resident Bugan Bigha.
The Daudnagar police have recovered a rifle, 9 live cartridges, 8 khoks, iron pesters and a hammer machine from these accused.
Crime accepts, police get important clues
During the press conference, SDPO Kumar Rishi Raj informed that the arrested accused have accepted their crime before the police. He also informed that other possible locations are being raided on the spotlight of the accused and soon other accused in the case will also be arrested.
