Assembly elections are due in Bihar in October-November this year. Earlier, the national leaders and high commands of Congress and BJP are constantly visiting the state. Rahul Gandhi is currently on a tour of Nalanda and Guyana. After this, PM Modi will visit the state once again. Where the people of the state will lay the foundation stone of crores of rupees projects. The Election Commission may announce election dates in the state early next month.
Discussion on seat sharing in Bihar NDA has intensified. The most excited about Bihar elections is Chirag Paswan of LJP (R). He is currently a minister from his party’s quota at the center. His strategy is to contest more and more seats in the alliance. In such a situation, the big question is, what will be the seat sharing formula in NDA?
There will be seat sharing on these two formulas
First Formula- According to the first formula of seat sharing in NDA, this time the party which will lose the election twice, will not field its candidate on that seat, but any other partner party will be given a chance. So that there is a possibility of victory there. If sources are to be believed, BJP and JDU can contest from 101 to 102 seats. While the remaining 40 seats will be given to other allies of the alliance Jitan Ram Manjhi, Chirag Paswan and Upendra Kushwaha. LJP has five MPs, so they can get 25-28 seats this time. While we can be given 6-7 seats and 4-5 seats to the Rashtriya Lok Morcha. This formula is based on the formula of the Lok Sabha elections. Second Formula- The second formula of seat sharing is traditional. In this, BJP will contest 120-122 seats. Both the alliances will give some of their seats to allies. According to this, BJP will be able to give only 10-11 seats to LJP. In such a situation, it is also possible that Chirag should once again separate from the alliance and start contesting elections. This time the conditions are different from 2020. In such a situation, the BJP will not want Chirag to contest separately. In such a situation, the BJP wants to celebrate Chirag Paswan in any way.
Castes will get priority in seat sharing
Apart from this, seats will be distributed keeping in mind the caste equations in the elections. BJP’s strategy in NDA is to give more and more tickets to OBC, EBC and Dalits. A special strategy is being made in the NDA regarding seat sharing. The health of CM Nitish Kumar is also being constantly assessed. The BJP’s strategy is such that the more mud the RJD will bloom on the issue of CM’s health, the more the lotus will blossom.
