Bihar News: In Hajipur, Bihar, the convoy of Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav was hit by a high speed truck. Two policemen and a driver were seriously injured in this accident. Also, many other people present in the convoy have also been injured. Tejashwi Yadav said that strict action should be taken against those who negligent security.
Tejashwi Yadav was drinking tea
At midnight, Tejashwi Yadav’s convoy stopped for drinking tea in Goraul area of Hajipur. Tejashwi Yadav was drinking tea when a high speed truck hit the vehicles parked in the convoy strongly. The truck spoiled three-four vehicles of Tejashwi’s convoy. In this accident, a policeman, a soldier and driver who were running with Tejashwi were injured.
Tejashwi Yadav arrived to see the injured
After the collision, the injured were admitted to Sadar Hospital. Along with Tejashwi Yadav, RJD MLA Dr. Mukesh Roshan and Vaishali Civil Surgeon also went to meet the injured in the hospital.
Tejashwi Yadav was returning to Patna from Madhepura
The incident took place at around 2 pm on Friday night near NH-22 Goraul. Tejashwi Yadav was returning from Madhepura to Patna with his convoy, when the accident happened near Hajipur.

Tejashwi Yadav said that this accident happened just 5 feet away from where he was standing. If there was a slight disturbance, the car could have fallen on them too. He said that strict action should be taken against those who were negligent in this case. Road accidents in the country are increasing rapidly and people are losing their lives.

MLA Mukesh Roshan said – should be investigated
Tejashwi Yadav’s associate MLA Mukesh Roshan said that there should be an investigation whether the truck driver was drunk. He said that the police has also been given a complaint about this.
