New Delhi. The Ministry of External Affairs has released the schedule of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Cyprus, Canada and Croatia. Modi will leave for three countries on 15 June. During this time, Modi will first go to Canada and finally Croatia. This will be the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to Cyprus in two decades. Modi will attend the G-7 summit in Canada. This will be the first official visit of an Indian Prime Minister to Croatia. This is PM Modi’s first foreign tour after Operation Sindoor, which is considered very important in many ways.

PM Narendra Modi will be on an official visit to Cyprus on 15–16 June at the invitation of Nicos Christodaulides, President of the Republic of Cyprus. Prime Minister Modi will hold bilateral talks on various issues with President Christodaulids in Nicosia. Apart from this, he will address people associated with the business world in Limasol. Modi’s Cyprus visit will set an example of the shared commitment of the two countries towards deepening bilateral relations and strengthening India’s relations with the Mediterranean region and the European Union.

After this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will go to attend the G-7 summit on the invitation of Canadian PM Mark Carney. PM Modi will live in Kananaskis, 16 June and 17 June. This will be the sixth consecutive time when PM Modi takes part in the G-7 summit. Prime Minister Modi will also have several bilateral meetings during the summit. In addition, Modi will exchange ideas on important global issues including leaders of G-7 countries, other invited outreach countries and heads of international organizations, including energy security, technology and innovation, especially AI-Energy Nexus and Quantum. Here he will have bilateral talks with Croatia Prime Minister Andrez Plankovic. In view of India and Croatia bilateral relations, Modi’s visit also has many important meanings.
