New Delhi, 13 June (IANS). Former Joint Secretary Dr. Sanat Kaul in the Ministry of Civil Aviation said on Friday that it is difficult to say anything about the Ahmedabad plane accident. The correct information will be revealed only after investigation.
Talking to news agency IANS, Dr. Sanat Kaul said that this is a very tragic accident and hundreds of people have lost their lives. People are speculating that the bird would have hit the plane or the flap will be reversed, but I believe it is an engine failure, as the plane came down shortly after going up.
On the question about Boeing, the call said that in the last few years, many questions have been raised on the company and the US Parliament (US Congress) has also investigated the company. Boeing 737 had two-three crashes of Max. However, Boeing 787 Dreamliner is a good ship. There was no such problem in this till now. In such a situation, the reality will be revealed only after investigation.
At the same time, other aviation expert Sanjay Lajar said, “This is a very sad and heartbreaking incident. I pay tribute to all those who lost my life in this accident and express their deep condolences to their families.”
He further said, “Videos of aircraft takeoff have surfaced, on the basis of them it is clear that the pilot gave a ‘Made Call’, which is an emergency indication. It can be guessed that the engine had failed or a large -scale bird hit (bird conflict).”
He also said that we can only guess. What was the real reason, it will be clear only after the report of the entire investigation.
Air India flight AI 171, going from Ahmedabad to London, crashed on Thursday afternoon. There were 242 people in it.
