Jaipur. The Rajasthan government has transferred 62 IAS officers in a large scale in the state administrative system. Also, 21 senior officials have been given additional charge of various departments. This decision has been taken with the aim of conducting the functions of governance more effectively and tigrating the administrative structure. This reshuffle is believed to be a sign of major changes in the administrative structure of the state. The list of Tadalee includes several district collector, secretary level officers and heads of departments.
This step has been taken keeping in mind the recent political and administrative needs in the state. According to sources, these transfers have been considered necessary for sluggishness in development works in some districts, declining departmental demonstrations and election preparations.
This transfer list is also considered part of electoral preparations, monitoring schemes, and efforts to increase transparency in the field.
Some senior IAS officers have been deployed in important districts, making it clear that the government is aware of the performance at the ground level.
