Jaipur. Under the aegis of Rajasthan Astrology Council and Research Institute, Prof. A team of scholars led by Vinod Shastri recently returned to Jaipur after a 10 -day successful stay from London. The team participated in workshops and camps based on Vedas, Astrology and Vastu Shastra organized by various prestigious institutions of London and England – UK Interior Architecture Landscape, ISKCON Temple Whatford, Rajasthani Samaj, Gujarati Samaj etc. On the arrival of Jaipur, the scholar party was given a grand welcome by various social and cultural institutions. Prof. in the five -day main workshops. Vinod Shastri and Acharya Dr. Mahendra Mishra presented ideas on relevance and scientific utility in the present time of Vastu Shastra. He highlighted the measures for prosperity, peace and balance in life by incorporating Vastu principles in city planning, building creation and lifestyle.
In the workshops, Shri Ram Chaturvedi and Devendra Chaturvedi presented the psychological and experimental effectiveness of mantra science through the Vedic Richas of the Rigveda and Yajurveda. Pt. Heramb Swaroop Sharma and Lokesh Dadhich underlined their usefulness in modern life through practical sessions on Tantra Shastra and Yantra Science. He also gave information about various instruments, currencies and their scientific experiments.
Yoga and meditation sessions organized on this occasion played an important role in connecting the overseas Indian community with the Indian spiritual tradition. During this entire stay, there was an effective propagation of the scientificness, global utility and cultural splendor of the Indian knowledge tradition. The team participating in various events in London included a total of six members, whose presentations were highly appreciated.
