If you have not received the claim even after contacting the Grievance Redressal Officer. So you can also file a complaint in IRDA. Generally, action is taken on your complaint within 15 days of filing a complaint with the insurance company. But if this does not happen, then you can file a complaint with IRDA. If your problem is not solved by IRDA either. Then you can contact the insurance Lokpal. There are insurance Lokpal at a total of 17 places in the country. By going there, you can file a complaint with the insurance company. To register a complaint, you have to go to the office of insurance Lokpal and fill Form P-II and Form P-III. If you want, you can also file a complaint online. But for this you have to send all the documents to the insurance Lokpal through hard copy.
