Ratan Tata Property: Ratan Tata went with his will, in which he divided his properties and things. But what will happen to the shares that he did not mention in his will? The Bombay High Court has now answered this question. A bench of Justice Manish Pitle ordered that the listed and unlisted shares of Ratan Tata were not mentioned in will, they will now get the ownership of Ratan Tata Endurance Foundation and Ratan Tata Endurance. The court, while delivering the verdict, said that the institutions established by him should be owned by the things that Ratan Tata did not mention in his will.
HC gave important orders
The bench said that these shares will now be shared under the supervision of the trusts that Ratan Tata had established. The court said that these shares would be distributed equally between the two trusts. A petition was filed in the case, demanding the court to take a decision on the ownership of Ratan Tata shares.
Died without family heirs
Actually, Ratan Tata amended his will on December 22, 2023, referring to these shares. The matter came to light after his death. Ratan Tata died on 9 October 2024. He was unmarried and had no family heir. Ratan Tata is named with respect in the Indian industry.
