New Delhi. In the gang rape case of a student at Law College, Kolkata, BJP has demanded apologizing and resignation of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. BJP national president J.P. Nadda has formed a four -member inquiry committee in this case. The inquiry committee will soon visit the scene of the incident and submit its report to the BJP president. Meanwhile, BJP workers led by Union Minister and BJP President Sukant Majumdar of West Bengal in Kolkata protested strongly in protest against the incident. After which the police took Sukant Majumdar into custody.

On the other hand, BJP national spokesperson and MP Sambit Patra said that there is grief and resentment in the whole country due to the gang rape incident with a law college student. The whole country is distressed by what is happening in Bengal. The question arises as to which way of Bengal is moving. Such rape incidents from Bengal, whether it is a case of RG Medical College or Kasba Law College, is coming from a state where the Chief Minister is a woman. The statement made by the victim and shows that this state is a sponsored cruelty.
