New Delhi. The terrorist organization ISIS’s India head Saqib Nachan died this afternoon during treatment at the hospital. It is being told that he died due to brain hemorrhage. Although Saqib was lodged in Tihar Jail in Delhi for a long time, but he was admitted to Safdarjung Hospital on 24 June due to poor health. His full name was Saqib Abdul Hameed Nachan and he was a resident of Padhaga in Thane district of Maharashtra. He was earlier associated with the students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI), but later became an active member of ISIS.
Saqib’s body will be handed over to his family members after the post -mortem. Saqib was also accused of joining the serial bomb blasts in Mumbai in 2002-03. In this case, he was sentenced to 10 years in jail. After completing his sentence, Saqib came out of jail in 2017. He then joined the activities related to the terrorist organization ISIS. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) launched a campaign against ISIS module in the year 2023 and Saqib was arrested under this.
According to the NIA, Saqib used to inspire radical youth to join ISIS in India. He used to train these youths and was also accused of plotting terrorist attacks. Saqib also used to arrange funding in India for ISIS. Not only this, he was also adept at making the explosive device and also trained the newly recruited youth. Investigation agencies had filed cases against Saqib in serious sections related to treason, UAPA and terrorism. According to the NIA, Saqib’s name was also associated with several international terrorist modules.
