1. Comparing yourself at all times – the greatest enemy of confidence

4. To ignore physical care

Your confidence is also connected to your body. If you exercise daily, get enough sleep and adopt a balanced diet, it directly affects your mental state and confidence. Tired and unhealthy body also tired the mind, which weakens self -confidence.

5. Not to say “no”-sign of self-consciousness

Many people say ‘yes’ every time in order to keep others happy, even if they do not agree with the mind. This habit gradually eliminates self-esteem. When you learn to stand for yourself and know to say ‘no’ respectfully, then you become self -sufficient and your confidence also increases.

6. Do not be afraid of learning and mistakes

Making a mistake is the nature of a human being. But stopping yourself by fear of every mistake reduces confidence. At the same time, if you consider every failure a chance to learn, then this habit makes you stronger from within.
