Jaipur. Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari has given instructions, if the roads are bad during the rainy season, then they should be fixed immediately so that the common man does not have trouble. He has said that the authorities should ensure that the traffic is not disrupted due to the road due to rain, the officers should stay in the field and monitor it. The Deputy Chief Minister was addressing a meeting organized to review the progress of roads and other projects of Jodhpur Zone I and Banswara zone in the Government Secretariat on Wednesday. It is worth noting that a zone -wise review meeting is being held every week for the progress of the works of PWD in the cradle of Deputy Chief Minister.
The Deputy Chief Minister reviewed the progress of road projects in Jodhpur, Pali, Sirohi, Phalodi, Jalore, Banswara, Dungarpur and Pratapgarh districts at the micro level.
Build drain with Atal Path
The Deputy Chief Minister has directed that a drain should be made with Atal Pathos being made to facilitate the road in rural areas in the state. Keeping in mind the rainy season, he gave instructions to repair the roads and clean the forest along the road.
The Deputy Chief Minister directed to complete the work of the budget announcement 2024-25 soon and to start the work soon after completing the tender process of the declared works of the budget announcement 2025-26.
While reviewing the projects pending due to forest, land disputes or other reasons, he directed that the officials of the department should coordinate with the concerned departments and complete these pending works soon.
Progress report will have to be given in five weeks
The Deputy Chief Minister has directed that the officials will explain in the upcoming meeting how much field visits he visited during this period and how much improvement was made in the flaws during the inspection. He has given instructions to complete all the work till the meeting of the said zone after the next five weeks, in relation to which instructions have been issued.
During this time, Deputy Chief Minister reviewed various categories of roads including NHAI, NH, RSRDC, Rajasthan State Highway Authority, Pachable and Non -Pachable and Missinglinks running in Jodhpur Zone I and Banswara.
During this, Additional Chief Secretary PWD Praveen Gupta, Chief Engineer TC Gupta and officials of the concerned districts were present through VC.

Office at the district level also:
Local control rooms have been established not only at the state level, but also in every district, so that the problems can be resolved locally. The Deputy Chief Minister has directed the district officials and PWD officials to review the situation by visiting the field.
