New Delhi. Walking with a cab is now going to put more burden on your pocket. The central government has released a new guideline for cab service companies. According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, cab service companies will be able to rent from base fair to double in peak hours. This is called Surge Prizeing. Till now, the high border of Serge Prize was 1.5 times the base fair. The central government has asked the state governments to implement the new guideline in three months. A new structure of rent has been created so that cab service companies can give flexibility in peak hours.
Apart from this, under the new guideline, a number plate bikes written on non -transport i.e. white have also been approved for shared mobility. Earlier, to provide bike service, commercial road tax had to be paid and its yellow number plate had to be installed on the bike. In this way, common people will be able to work to deliver people from their normal bike under cab service companies. According to the central government, this decision will be given to the people to move cheaply. Also, there will be no much traffic and pollution will also be less. For such bike service, the state governments will be able to pay daily, fate or 15 days on the companies providing service.
Rapido, a bike service company, has described the new guideline as a milestone in the direction of India. The company has said that this change will improve connectivity up to the last mile. Also, cheap transport will also be expanded in low -service areas. At the same time, Uber, a cab service company, has said that welcomes these new guidelines. Uber has said that if the new guidelines apply the state on time, then it is going to be beneficial for all. However, the pockets of the coming and going from the cab for everyday work are now going to be loose. It is not yet known what kind of slabs will be applied to companies.
