Indian Army Deputy Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Rahul R. Singh exposed the Pakistan-China alliance during Operation Sindoor on 4 July 2025. According to media reports, India started the operation on 7 May in response to the murder of 26 people in the Pahalgam attack (22 April). India destroyed 9 terrorist bases of Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed and Hizbul Mujahideen and killed more than 100 terrorists.
Lieutenant General Singh revealed that China gave all possible support during the war with Pakistan. During the DGMO level talks, China gave live updates of India’s military bases to Pakistan. Singh said, “China uses Pakistan as a ‘live lab’ for its weapon testing.” Pakistan’s 81% of military hardware is Chinese, including HQ-9 air defense system and JF-17 jet, failing to the Indian BrahMos missile and S-400 system.
In a four-day struggle of 7-10 May, India attacked 11 Pakistani bases including Nur Khan and Shorkot Airbase of Rawalpindi. Pakistan carried out counter -drone and missile attacks, but India thwarted them. After the US arbitration and Saudi Arabia’s intervention on May 10, the two countries agreed to the ceasefire. Pakistan’s DGMO contacted India.
Pakistan claimed that it damaged India’s bases, but India dismissed these claims. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “Pakistan will have to give up terrorism, otherwise India will answer.” Operation Sindoor showed India’s military strength and strategic restraint, while Pak-China weaknesses were revealed.
