These yogasanas are your own, say goodbye to diseases in old age

New Delhi, 12 July (IANS). Gradually some changes begin to come with the moldy age, which increases the risk of many diseases, due to which even small problems begin to become mountains. There are five such yogasanas, which makes a lot of changes in health.

Balasana, also known as ‘Child Pose’, is a simple yoga posture. It helps in reducing stress and increasing the body’s flexibility. According to the Ministry of AYUSH of the Government of India, regular practice of Balasan keeps the brain calm and stress also reduces. Not only this, Balasan is also beneficial for the digestive system, which gives relief in problems like indigestion, vata and constipation.

It is said that ‘stomach safa to every disease’ and stomach related problems often persist in old age, Malasan is an easy and effective exercise, which improves health by practicing a few minutes in the morning. It strengthens the digestive system and also increases the flexibility of the body and is also excellent for mental peace.

According to the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, Paschimottasana posture is especially beneficial for senior citizens. Its practice brings flexibility in the body. At the same time, hamstrings, collves and spinal cord makes them flexible and strong, which also relieves back pain. This asana reduces the possibility of sciatica.

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana is also called ‘Bridge Pose’. Practicing it regularly helps in reducing back pain and lower back tightness. It stimulates the thyroid gland, which improves hormonal balance.

Regular practice of ‘Tadasana’ provides many benefits related to physical and mental health. In high blood pressure, ‘Tadasana’ improves blood circulation and reduces stress. It improves the body’s posture, which keeps the blood pressure stable.
