A very shocking case of the airline’s negligence has come to light from Lahore Airport in Pakistan. Here a person named Shahzain caught a flight to go to Karachi but reached Jeddah in Saudi instead of Karachi. Shahzain alleges that despite checking the ticket, the air hostess did not stop him from sitting in the wrong flight. The incident has destroyed the airline’s great negligence.
How made mistake
Shahzain said that two flights were standing at the domestic terminal. But by mistake, he sat in an international flight to Jeddah. After two hours, when the flight did not reach Karachi, Shahzain realized that he sat in another flight. When he informed the crew member that he came into the panic, on the contrary, he started blaming Shahzain.
Passport and Visa International Flight
Shahzain says that he had neither a passport nor a visa but even after that he reached Jeddah in Saudi. Due to such a huge negligence of the airline, he had to face a lot of problems by reaching Saudi. On reaching Jeddah, he was arrested by FIA officials. The process of sending him back to Karachi took two-three days. During this time the young man faced a lot of problems.
Legal notice sent to airline
Now Shahzain has now sent a legal notice to the airline regarding this entire matter. Shahzain says that he has suffered heavy mental and financial loss due to the airline’s mistake. He is demanding compensation, including additional travel expenses and discomfort.
