On June 12, Boeing 787 aircraft of Air India crashed in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. A total of 260 people were killed in this accident. Of the 242 people aboard the aircraft, only one person was survived. The preliminary report released on Saturday by the Bureau of Aircraft Investigation (AAIB) made several important revelations. The report reported the accident due to the accident to be cut off. However, no action has been recommended for the operators of Boeing 787-8 aircraft in the report.

According to the report, when the aircraft flew, the co-pilot aircraft was flying and the captain was monitoring. The report said, “The aircraft achieved the maximum recorded speed of 180 notes IAS at 1.38 pm 42 seconds Indian time and only one second later, the fuel ‘cutoff switch’ of the Engine-1 and Engine-2 went into a cutoff ‘position from the’ cutoff switch ‘respectively.”
The report quoted the cockpit voice recording as saying, “One pilot asked the other why he switched off the fuel, then he replies that he did not do so.”
The aircraft flew at 1.38 minutes 39 seconds at Indian time and a pilot gave a message ‘Me de-me de-me de’ at one to 39 minutes 05 seconds.
