The police arrested two accused Mahipal Gujral and Rahul Gujral within a few hours of the incident, but the real criminal disappeared. He changed his disguise to escape from the police. The main accused Rajendra Yadav changed his identity and started running away to escape from the police. But he was with him about whom he would not have even thought in his dream. He was hit by an express train in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur on Monday morning. One leg was cut off in this accident. After being badly injured, he fell unconscious on the side of the track. Some people saw him and called the police. Police reached the spot and took him to the hospital. When his ID was checked there, it was found that he is the same fugitive who was missing since he carried out the heinous crime. He is currently undergoing treatment at SMS Hospital in Jaipur.
When the woman did not withdraw the rape case, she was attacked
Rajasthan DGP UR Sahu said that the right leg of Rajendra Yadav, the main accused in the attack on the woman, has been cut off. His left leg is also hurt. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 307 (attempt to murder), 323 (hurt) and 506 (criminal intimidation) and Arms Act against the accused. The accused raped the victim on 16 January last year. After this he was arrested. Even his job was gone. He recently came out on bail and was threatening the woman to withdraw the case against her, but the victim refused.
First he was shot in his back, then made several blows on the body with Gandasay
It is being told that angry with this, he attacked the victim. Police said that the victim was returning home from a two -wheeler with her brother on Saturday night. At the same time, Rajendra Yadav, Mahipal Gujral and Rahul Gujral attacked him near Pragpura police station. The accused chased them before attacking the brother and sister. After this, the accused shot in the woman’s back, while the other two accused attacked her and her brother with sharp weapons. In this attack, the woman suffered several injuries on her head, legs, hands and shoulders. He and his brother are undergoing treatment at Sawai Man Singh Hospital.
Ashok Gehlot reached to meet the victim, Congress formed a committee
Meanwhile, former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot inquired about the health of the victim in the hospital on Monday. Talked to his family. In a post on X, he wrote, “Took information about the health of the victim and talked to family members. If the victim had been given security, it would not have happened. After the rape, the victim’s family pleaded for security
