Deeg. Minister of State for Home, Gopalan, Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Fisheries Department Jawahar Singh Bedham attended the District Public Lack Prosecution and Vigilance Committee and district level public hearing held at Panchayat Samiti Auditorium Deeg on Friday and instructed the officers to solve the problems of common people keeping in mind the human view of the problems of the common people. District Collector Deeg Utsav Kaushal was present during this period.
In Jansunwai, the Minister of State for Home Affairs said that if any complainant reached the state offices regarding the problem, then the officer should inform the applicant about the solutions related to the problem. He said that the main intention of the state government is that the eligible persons should be benefited under all the schemes run by the state and central government. In such a situation, the officer should give detailed information to the complainant about the concerned schemes and benefit the public by getting necessary documents in other schemes including pension, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana, MNREGA and by obtaining necessary documents in other schemes.
During this, he said that the problems which are to be resolved on the spot, along with solving them immediately, should be in constant contact with the applicant after the case can take time so that the applicant should get information about the action being taken from time to time in the context of the problem. He specially instructed that the documents required to benefit in the schemes should be given to the complainant and all the documents should be obtained from the applicant so that they do not have to go round the offices due to repeated documents submitting the documents.
A total of 27 complaints were filed on the occasion. In this, other complaints were filed by the Department of Public Health Engineering Department, including laying of pipelines, providing electrical connections, landing, land division, encroachment, removal of encroachment, in relation to which District Collector Deeg was instructed to resolve the problem in a timely problem. The District Collector made a relaxed in the district disposal percentage on the Rajasthan Sampark Portal, the list of pending cries, preparation of the case, preparation of the case and satisfaction Instructions were given to improve.
