Sriganganagar. The weekly review meeting of district level officers was held on Monday in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Dr. Manju. During this, the District Collector said that according to the intention of the Chief Minister, his geo tagging and essence should be ensured by planting more and more saplings in the district.
Giving instructions to increase the participation of the common man in the plantation campaign, the District Collector said that regular essence should also be done by tagging planned plants so that environmental protection can be promoted. Along with educational institutions, they should be ensured with public support while planting saplings on roadside and dividers. While giving instructions to beautify the city council and the city development trust, the District Collector said that proper action should be taken.
Reviewing awareness activities under the drug -free Sriganganagar campaign, the District Collector said that by organizing workshops in schools, tell the students as an side effects of intoxication. Short film white Saya produced for de -addiction awareness should be shown in all schools. Students should be made aware of drugs through teachers and PTIs. Instructing to take prompt action on the complaints of the drug -free helpline, the District Collector said that the gym facility should be provided to those who leave the drug addicts.
Giving instructions to dispose of the previous public hearing cases before the district level public hearing, the District Collector said that satisfaction and relief percentage should be improved by disposing of the complaints. Instructions were also given for cleaning roofs in state buildings, other works including teaching in dilapidated buildings, prevention of seasonal diseases and cleaning and safety of drinking water diggies.
