Jodhpur. There was an atmosphere of devotion and enthusiasm in the Chaupasni Housing Board area of Jodhpur today, when a grand Kanwar and Gangajal Yatra was taken out from Shri Rameshwar Mahadev Temple in Sector 20 to Shri Latiyal Mata Temple of Sector 19.
The convenor of the yatra, Jhoomar Paliwal, said that the Kandar Yatra was taken out under the guidance of Sant Tara Devi Ji, using 1100 liters of Ganga water brought from Haridwar. Hundreds of devotees including BJP City District President Rajendra Paliwal, Latiyal Temple Committee Secretary Param Sukh Purohit, senior social worker Ashok Paliwal, BJP leader Sumit Panwar, Rajendra Sharma, Narpat Soni, Prerna Trivedi participated in the yatra. The Kandar Yatra was welcomed by the disabled committee headed by Jawan Goswami, chairman of the disabled committee, by showering flowers by the disabled brothers, which made the yatra even more special.
