Dausa. Collector Devendra Kumar gave relief in the district level public hearing held at the DOIT center here on Thursday and gave relief by solving many problems on the spot. He instructed the officials to dispose of the complaints to resolve the complaints, so that the complainant would really get relief and it could be completely satisfied.
People from all over the district reached Jansunwai to solve their problems. The collector heard the problem of each complainant personally, understood and discussed with the officials concerned. During this period, most of the problems related to encroachment on public places, common roads, pasture land, accountability and population of land and drain were the highest. Taking them seriously, the Collector directed the subdivision officials associated with video conferencing to take real information about these cases and resolve them soon and provide relief to the common man.
The public presented complaints like water drainage, death certificate, providing electricity connections, allotment of land for school and hostels, construction of toilets, opening nominations, adding names in food security list and benefiting the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi. The District Collector took information about the situation from the departmental officers regarding these cases and instructed to dispose of the quick disposal. The collector said that there should be no problem in making other documents including birth-death certificate and other documents to the village who has joined the urban body area. This work has to be done by the urban body. Panchayat Raj should make the records of those villages available to the urban bodies soon, so that people do not have to get unnecessarily upset. Collector Devendra Kumar, while reviewing the cases registered on the Rajasthan Sampark Portal, instructed the officers to dispose of quality, so that the complainant really gets relief and he could be completely satisfied.
On this occasion, ADM Ramswaroop Chauhan, Lalsot ADM Manmohan Meena, ASP Gurusharan Rao, Subdivision Officer Dausa Moolchand Lunia, Subdivision Officer Santhal Amrita Khandelwal, Zilla Parishad Additional Chief Executive Officer Rajesh Kumar Meena and district level officers of the concerned departments were present and joined the subdivision level through Block Officer VC.
