Amrit Vichar, Ayodhya: Preparations for Shri Ram Baraat for Shri Sitaram’s marriage festival in Ramnagari Ayodhya have been completed. It will depart from Karsevakapuram with customs at 9 am on Tuesday. And the wedding processions attending this have also arrived. Four chariots led by saints and all other wedding processions will leave for Janakpur after touring the city.

Four chariots have been prepared for the Shri Ram procession to leave from Ramsevakpuram. In two chariots, Ram Lakshman will sit in the form of Bharat Shatrughna and on one night, the marriage ceremony of Shri Ram Janaki will be held in which a 65 inch high Ashtadhatu statue of Shri Sitaram from Chennai has also been installed. And the fourth chariot will be installed on the banks of rivers of 51 places of pilgrimage, which has been named Tirtha Rath. Rajendra Singh Pankaj, Union Minister of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and coordinator of Shri Ram Baraat, said that the procession will depart from Karsevakpuram complex on 26th November. The procession will reach Janakpur on December 3 after taking rest at places like Buxar, Patna, Kanti, Sitamarhi, Punaura Dham etc. respectively. The marriage ceremony will be organized at Samadhi Milan on 4th December, Matkor on 5th December and Ram Janaki Temple on 6th December at 12 Chhat Bigha Ground.

Narendra Bindal, Raghunath Shah, Ram Prakash Mishra, Ramesh Mishra and Rajkishore Singh are playing important responsibilities in the event organized under the patronage of Champat Rai, Vice President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. Whereas Champat Rai told that the wedding procession will also be included on the way. 40 Vedic Brahmins of Tirupati will perform the marriage rituals. They will reach Janakpur directly. The wedding procession will leave from Janakpur for Ayodhya on December 8. He told that this time’s Rambaraat is going to be special in many ways.

There is joy from Ayodhya to Janakpur. This Rambarat has been taking place at an interval of five years since 2004, but this year the enthusiasm is manifold due to the first Rambarat after the consecration of Ramlala. The procession will circumambulate the Mahayagya in Karsevakapuram and leave from Maniramdas’s cantonment via Lata Chowk.
