Amavasya Tithi of Krishna Paksha of Phalgun month has started from 8.8 am on February 27 and this date will end on February 28 at 6.14 am. According to the same Udaya Tithi, this year Phalgun Amavasya will be celebrated on 27 February.
Talking about the auspicious time for bathing on this day, it is going to be Brahma Muhurta from 5.9 am to 58 minutes in the morning. The same Abhijeet Muhurta will be from 12 noon in the afternoon to 12.57 pm. You can donate baths in both these Muhurtas. By the way, it is best and fruitful to donate bath at any time on Amavasya Tithi.
