Amrit thoughts. The land of Gods and Goddesses is a Siddha Shaktipeeth temple in Uttarakhand where Goddess Kali is worshiped. This temple holds the same place of Kamakhya Temple in Tantra Sadhana. This temple is also described in Skanda Purana. At the same time, the most special thing about this temple is that there is no idol here. On Navratri, devotees from different states of the country come to visit the Kalimath temple of Mata from different states of the country.
Please tell that the description of this Kalimath is found in many religious texts. There is a legend that when the terror of demons on earth increased, the gods worshiped Shakti. The gods pleased the goddess, which made the mother descended and became angry after hearing the terror of Raktabij, Shumbha-Nishumbha. Due to which his body started turning black. After which he killed the demons.
Slaughter of demons as Kalishila
Mata Kalishila, who descended as a 12 -year -old girl, is located at 8 km standing height from Kalimath Temple. It is said that the mother’s footprints are also said to be on this rock. It is said that after appearing in Kalishila, there was a great war between mother Kali and Raktabij. Because the bloodbies got the boon that new blood seeds would be alive from every drop of his body. So the mother had drunk her blood after killing her blood seeds. And the rock on which mother Kali composed the bloodbies. That rock came to be known as blood seedsla.
Worship is done in the form of pool
Mother Kali freed the devotees from the terror of Shumbha-Nishumbha. Even after killing the demons, the anger of the mother did not calm down. Seeing such a form of mother, everyone started to panic, then Lord Shiva lay down under the mother’s feet to calm the mother’s anger. As soon as the mother found Shiva under her feet. She calmed down and became intact. And it is believed that the place where the mother was interpreted came to be known as Kalimath. That is why there is no idol of mother at this place. Rather, they are worshiped as a yantra in the pool.
Great importance of worship of tantra-mantra
The Kalimath Temple is not worshiped by an idol but the instrument is worshiped between the pool. On the occasion of Sharadiya Navratri, the pool here is opened and it is worshiped with full legal practice. The priests of the temple perform this worship. People keep coming here throughout the year to see it.
It is believed that at this place Devikali wanders the power of 64 mantras and 63 Yoginis, where Tantra practice results quickly. This temple is very important for Tantra seekers. In this temple, the lower part of the goddess is done, that is, the upper part of the goddess is worshiped in the Devi Dhari in Srinagar in Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand.
Darshan of this temple is considered very auspicious in Navratri. On this day, the goddess fulfills every wish of her devotees. At the same time, tantra-mantra here wants to accept spiritual knowledge through spiritual practice. On this day, there is spiritual purification by darshan in Kalimath.
