Astrology News Desk: There are many fasts and festivals in Sanatan Dharma and all of them have their own importance but Ekadashi fast is considered special which falls twice in every month. On this day, there is a ritual of worshiping Lord Vishnu. On the day of Ekadashi, people do puja and fasting etc. It is believed that doing so brings blessings of Lord Hari. According to the Panchang, Ekadashi fast is observed on Ekadashi Tithi of Shukla Paksha and Krishna Paksha of every month.
This time the Ekadashi falling is being known as Indira Ekadashi which will be celebrated on Saturday, 28th September. On this day, worship Goddess Lakshmi along with Lord Vishnu and recite Tulsi Chalisa with devotion by lighting a ghee lamp in front of Tulsi. It is believed that by doing this, the blessings of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi are obtained and spoiled works start getting done.

One performs the sadhana of the month of Kartik and sleeps regularly, and this will be accomplished by doing pure sleep.
