Seeing this state of Hanuman ji, Brahma ji healthy him and gave him a boon of immortality. Also provided blessings of security from fire, water and air. He was named ‘Hanuman’ as Maruti was crooked. Apart from this, Surya Dev gave Hanuman ji a boon of knowledge and conferred him with nine disciplines.

Education from Sun God

When Hanuman ji went to the Sun God to take education, the Sun God delayed his knowledge to test his knowledge Pipasa. Suryadev said that they continue to travel from east to west, so students and teachers cannot sit face to face. But Hanuman ji determined that he would take education only after the Sun God.
