Lucknow, Amrit thoughts: The echo of ‘Har Har Mahadev’ and ‘Bol Bomb’ is heard everywhere in Sawan. This time on Monday, not only on Monday, there is a crowd of devotees in the pagoda. Many temples start lines from 4 am. Women, men, children and elderly people of all classes are seen absorbed in the worship of Shiva. Devotees are offering Belpatra, Dhatura, Milk, Curd and Ganga water to Bholenath.
According to temple arrangements, this time a significant increase in the number of devotees is seen in Sawan. While there is a natural crowd on Monday, there is no decrease in the presence of devotees from Tuesday to Sunday. This continuous mob is becoming a challenge for administration and temple trusts, but everything seems secondary in front of the faith of the devotees. Security has also been tightened.
Efforts are being made to control the crowd by the deployment of police and volunteers. Refreshment has also been arranged in many places. Devotees believe that worship of Mahadev in Sawan is particularly fruitful.
Devotees are trying to please Lord Shiva through rituals like fast, Rudrabhishek, and Mahamrityunjaya Jap. Thus, in the holy month of Sawan, Triveni of reverence, devotion and faith is flowing in the pagoda every day, and this series is likely to continue throughout the spring.
