If you want to please Lord Ganesha and get his blessings, then offer five green grass to the Lord during the Puja today. It is believed that by doing this remedy, all sorrows and pains go away. Apart from this, Lord Ganesha is very fond of rice, so definitely include rice i.e. Akshat in the Puja. By doing this, the Lord quickly gets pleased and blesses and fulfils the wishes of the devotees.
On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, offer Modak to Lord Ganesha. Lord loves Modak and by offering it, all unfulfilled desires are fulfilled. Apart from this, offering vermilion to the Lord is also considered good on this day. Apart from this, offering Shami leaves and ghee in the puja today is also auspicious. Offering red clothes is also considered very good. By doing this, one gets the special blessings of Ganpati.
