Suresh Pandey, Bareilly. After Rajendra Nagar, another Banke Bihari temple will be built in the city. There will also be an image of Lord Jagannath in the temple. The idol of Banke Bihari will be like the Vrindavan temple. This temple is being built by Shri Radha Sankirtan Mandal Trust. For this, 600 yards of land has been selected in Tulsi Math. Its earnest money has also been paid.
Shri Radha Sankirtan Mandal Trust had recently organized Shrimad Bhagwat Katha in the city. The people of Nathnagari heard Shrimad Bhagwat Katha from Acharya Mridul Krishna Goswami. The devotees associated with the Mandal had expressed in the meeting their desire to build Banke Bihari Temple in the city. Which was approved by all the members.
After this the search for the place started. During the story itself, there was a discussion about the land in Tulsi Math. Some members of the board also gave the earnest money to the concerned person to acquire that land. During the Katha it was decided that another Banke Bihari temple would be built in the city. The form of Lord Jagannath brought from Jagannathpuri for the Kalash Yatra will be kept in this temple.
After the conclusion of the story, the members of Sankirtan Mandal inspected the site of the new temple. The members did not like the approach road to reach the Tulsi Math where the space for the temple has been taken. A drain is flowing near the place. Many such shortcomings have come to the notice of the people. During mutual conversation, the members told that an apartment has been built near this place. The members talked about snakes and scorpions coming into the houses of the people of that apartment. Now in this regard there will be a meeting of Sankirtan Mandal members on Sunday.
Harish Aggarwal, President of Shri Radha Sankirtan Mandal Trust, says that the route to reach the temple should be easy. The ground is being seen within a radius of 4-5 km in the city. One member is ready to give land for the temple, but he is in front of Radha Madhav School. That’s why it is not being taken.
