On the day of Hartalika Teej, collect Bilva Patra, coconut, Abeer, Gulal, Roli, banana leaves, Shami leaves, Sindoor, seasonal fruits, Janeu, lamp and flowers for the worship of Lord Ganesha. After this, for the worship of Goddess Parvati, include Bindi, Kumkum, Sindoor, Mehndi, Mahavar, bangles, toe rings, Kajal, anklets, mirror, red chunari, flowers, Abeer, Gulal, Roli, seasonal fruits, and for the worship of Lord Shiva, include betel nut, batasha, different types of fruits including bananas, apples, pears, grapes, pomegranates.
Include many types of flowers including marigold, jasmine, sunflower, night jasmine, jasmine, fig. Then add leaves of different types of trees including banana, mango, Ashoka, Bilva.
