This is how brother’s tilak –
Let us tell you that on the day of Holi Bhai Dooj, sisters take a plate and add red sandalwood, Ganga water and make tilak. Now add turmeric and water. Along with this, keep some intact and sweets. First of all, apply tilak at the feet of Lord Vishnu and chant this mantra 27 times.
After this, in the auspicious time, apply tilak to your brother by sitting at the outpost. After applying tilak, perform the aarti of the brother and feed them sweets. After this, the brother should offer something to his sister as a gift.
