Let us tell you that the fast of Jaya Ekadashi will be observed on February 8, on this day, wake up early in the morning and take a bath, etc., after wearing clean clothes and resolve to worship fast. Now prepare the puja before the auspicious time. Clean a part of the house thoroughly and pure it by spraying Ganga water.
Put a wooden slab here in the auspicious time and install the idol of Lord Vishnu on it and wear a garland of flowers to God. Now light a lamp of ghee and do kumkum tilak. After this, offer Abir, Gulal, Flowers, Rice. Offer sesame to God and chant this mantra during worship. Then offer it to God, include basil leaves in it. After worshiping, perform aarti and distribute prasad to the devotees.
