Let us tell you that every day in the month of Margashirsha, wake up early in the morning and take a holy bath in the Ganges river or at home. This month one must recite Vishnu Sahastranam, Bhagwat Geeta and Gajendramoksha Stotra. By doing this, the ancestors get pleased and bless them. Worshiping Lord Krishna, Mata Lakshmi and Shri Hari in this month is considered auspicious.
This month, after taking bath in the morning, make offerings to ancestors and perform Pitru Puja. By doing this one gets the blessings of the ancestors. In the month of Margashirsha, food, clothes and charity should be donated to the poor and needy. By doing this, financial condition remains strong and happiness and prosperity comes.
