Do not make these mistakes on Ekadashi-
According to religious beliefs, one should not consume meat, alcohol and tamasic things on the day of Ekadashi. Doing this may anger Lord Vishnu. Apart from this, one should also avoid consuming garlic, onion and rice on this day, doing so may cause pain. One should avoid lying on the day of Saphala Ekadashi. By doing this you may have to face sorrows in life. One should not get angry on the day of Ekadashi. Remain calm and concentrate on worship.
On the day of Ekadashi, maximum time should be spent in worshiping Lord Vishnu and less time should be given to other activities. Apart from this, one should not wear black colored clothes even by mistake on this day, it is considered inauspicious to do so, it is auspicious to wear yellow clothes on this day.
