Every year there is a tradition of celebrating Kalki Jayanti on the Shashthi date of Shukla Paksha of Shravan month. This year the festival of Kalki Jayanti will be celebrated on 30 July, Wednesday. In the scriptures, Lord Kalki is considered to be the 10th and last incarnation of Lord Hari Lord Vishnu. It is believed that when sin increases in Kali Yuga, then Lord Kalki will be born to destroy sinners and restore religion. In Kalki avatar, God will come on a white horse.
Kalki Jayanti Tithi is celebrated on Kalki Jayanti Sawan Shukla Shashthi Tithi. This time the date of Kalki Jayanti will start on July 30 at 12:46 pm and will end on 31 July at 02:41 pm. On this day, the auspicious time of worship of Lord Kalki is from 4:31 pm to 7:13 pm.
Keep a fast after bathing in the morning on the day of Kalki Jayanti Pujan Vidhi Kalki Jayanti. Then wear clean and light colored clothes. If you do not have a statue of Kalki avatar, then install the idol of Lord Vishnu and do Jalabhishek. After this, tilak Kumkum to Srihari and offer Akshat. Keep in mind that do not forget Lord Vishnu and do not offer broken rice.
After offering tilak and Akshat, offer fruits, Abir, Gulal etc. to God. Light a lamp of oil or ghee in front of God. After worshiping Lord Kalki, perform his aarti. Divide the fruits and confectionary offerings offered to the avatar of Srihari.
After worshiping, pray to God to remove the sufferings of your life. By doing this, happiness, prosperity and peace remains in the house. Lord Vishnu is pleased by performing charity on the day of Kalki Dwadashi. On this day, according to your ability, you can donate things of eating and drinking or use to the poor or needy.
