Will the lunar eclipse be visible in India – This lunar eclipse will not be visible in India, hence this eclipse has no significance in the country.

Time of Lunar Eclipse- As per Indian Standard Time, the Lunar Eclipse will start on 18th September at 06:12 AM and will end on 18th September at 07:44 AM. When the Lunar Eclipse will occur, it will be morning in the country, hence the eclipse has no significance.

At what time will the lunar eclipse be at its peak- The eclipse will be at its peak on September 18 at 08:14 am. The partial lunar eclipse will end on September 18 at 08:44 am. While the penumbral lunar eclipse will end at 10:17 am.

What will be the validity of Sutak Kaal in India- The rules of Sutak Kaal are applicable only where the lunar eclipse is fully visible. Since the lunar eclipse is not visible in India, Sutak Kaal will not be valid.

Where will the lunar eclipse in September be visible?

According to NASA’s website, the partial lunar eclipse on September 18 will be visible in America (North and South), Europe and Africa. Apart from this, some places in Asia may get a chance to see this eclipse.

What is a lunar eclipse- When the Earth comes between the Moon and the Sun, then the shadow of the Earth falls on the Moon. Due to which the Moon becomes dark for some time and sometimes it turns the Moon red. This phenomenon is called lunar eclipse. Usually lunar eclipse is visible everywhere but it also depends on clear weather.

Where to watch the lunar eclipse – People are advised to go to a place where the sky is clearly visible and where the lunar eclipse is free from pollution.

How to see the lunar eclipse – As you know that this lunar eclipse will not be visible in India, so this eclipse will not be visible in India. But people of other countries will be able to see the red shade around the moon with open eyes. For a better view of the eclipse, you can use a telescope or binoculars. Apart from this, you can also capture this view with a DSLR camera.
