The power center i.e. the new control room to operate this entire fair has also been ready, where top officials will sit and make strategies. Every nook and corner of the fair will be monitored from the control room itself. The help of Bollywood’s famous art director and architect Pawan Pandey has been taken in building this control room in Mahakumbhnagar.
The work of decorating the world’s largest fair is going on war footing. This control room built in Mahakumbhnagar will monitor the ongoing preparations before the fair as well as all the arrangements during the fair. Meetings will be held here in the conference hall to run the fair. Special blocks of media are also being created, which will disseminate information about the entire fair to the general public through media.
Preparation to make Mahakumbh grand
According to Mahakumbhnagar’s Additional Fair Officer Vivek Chaturvedi, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is very excited about this time’s Mahakumbh. His intention is to present such an example to the world through Maha Kumbh, so that people know why Uttar Pradesh is called the best state. To beautify the beauty of Mahakumbh, important teams of famous artists from every corner of the country can be seen here painting the colors of new life on the walls of Mahakumbhnagar. Additional Fair Officer Vivek Chaturvedi said that VIP meetings will be held in the control room for necessary arrangements for the devotees. Along with this, conference halls and media blocks are also being created to deliver appropriate information to crores of people at the right time.
Control room built within time limit
In this sequence, Pawan Pandey, an experienced art director of many films and reality shows in Mumbai, has prepared the power center of Mahakumbh before the deadline. The control room has been finalized as per the intention of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. This is very suitable from security point of view. It is decorated with artefacts from the major temples and shrines of Prayag. A team of more than 100 officers will work together here. Besides, every activity during Mahakumbh will also be monitored from here. Top officials of the fair will keep an eye on every detail of the fair from this control room and will give updates to the state Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
special security arrangements
Different types of cabins for officers are being made in the control room. In which all the necessary works related to security, administrative work as well as medical, drinking water will be monitored. The work of making a proper strategy will also be done from this control room to ensure that the devotees coming to Maha Kumbh from India and abroad do not face any kind of inconvenience. There will be a conference hall here for departmental coordination and separate media blocks are also being made here for information related to public facilities. For convenience, this center is being given an L shape. In which hi-tech facilities will be available for officers and their staff.
