Lucknow, Amrit Vichar. Along with making Mahakumbh-2025 grand and divine, the state government is also going to present it as an example to the world. This time there are preparations to make four world records including green energy and clean environment. The government has also allocated budget for this.
This time, on the lines of Kumbh 2019, preparations are being made to set many big world records. Then the state government had spent Rs 3.5 crore on these activities, whereas this time a budget of Rs 5 crore has been allocated. In this, Rs 2.25 crore will be spent on the management of activities while Rs 1.62 crore will be spent on other development works. Also, an amount of more than Rs 1.25 crore will be spent in the activities organized for various records.
Encouraging the spirit of community participation
The record of maximum handprint printing was set by the government in Kumbh 2019. During that time, 7,664 people contributed to the signature painting on a 60 feet canvas in 8 hours. The record was a community participation activity, in which people from all over the world participated. This activity broke the previous record of 4675 signatures set by South Korea. Yogi government has planned to set a new record in Mahakumbh 2025 by involving 10 thousand people in this activity.
Green energy and clean environment will get a boost
In Kumbh 2019, the biggest bus parade was organized by the Yogi government on 28 February 2019 in the fair area. A fleet of 503 buses took out a spectacular parade. This broke the previous record of 390 buses set by Abu Dhabi. There is a plan to take out a parade of one thousand electric rickshaws (e-rickshaws) in Mahakumbh 2025 to give awareness message about green energy and healthy environment.
Preparing for a new record in cleanliness
In Kumbh 2019, 10180 people created a Guinness Book of World Record by running a cleanliness campaign at several places in the ghats and the fair area. Plans are being made to break this record also in Mahakumbh 2025. This time 15 thousand people will simultaneously run a cleanliness campaign at various places and ghats in the fair area. 300 people will enter the river together and carry out the cleaning campaign.
