Prayagraj, Amrit Vichar. Mahakumbh 2025, the biggest gathering of Sanatan tradition, is going to be organized in Prayagraj. CM Yogi’s vision of a divine grand Mahakumbh has started taking shape in the form of Mahakumbh city. The first work in this direction is the process of allotment of land for the akharas of the flag bearers of Sanatan culture. Prayagraj Fair Authority is meeting the All India Akhara Parishad and representatives of all the Akharas and is doing the work of allotment of land as per tradition. The authority has assured that under no circumstances will the Akharas be allotted less land than the previous Kumbh. After the completion of land allotment to Akharas, the process of allotment of land to other institutions will begin.
Different talks are being held with the Akharas.
Prayagraj Fair Authority is busy in preparations in full swing for the divine grand event of Mahakumbh 2025. With the beautification and strengthening of Prayagraj city, Mahakumbh city has also started taking shape. The construction work of Sangam Nose, Ganga Ghats, Patun Bridges and checkered plate roads has started. In this direction, the process of allotment of land for Maha Kumbh, identification of sages and saints and Akharas has started. Additional Fair Officer Vivek Chaturvedi said that as per the instructions of CM Yogi, no Akhara will get less land than the previous Kumbh. The work of land allotment will be completed on 18th and 19th November with the consent of all the Akharas. For this, the officials of the authority are finalizing the process of land allotment by holding separate talks with the representatives of All India Akhara Parishad and all other Akharas with their consent.
After allotment of land to Akharas, allotment of land to other institutions will start.
Explaining about the land allotment, Additional Fair Officer said that as per tradition, the process of allotment of land to other institutions will start only after allotment of land to the Akharas. Shankaracharyas and Dandi Swamis of the four Peethas will also be allotted land for setting up their camps as per tradition. Besides, the fair authority provides land, water and electricity connections along with toilet, drain and sanitation facilities for the camps of the Akharas. Apart from this, during the Maha Kumbh Mela, the fair authority will provide necessary facilities as per the needs of the saints and sages from time to time. So that the sadhus, monks and akharas do not have to face any inconvenience in following the traditions of Sanatan culture during Mahakumbh.
